In The cartesian Coordinate System we use the abstracts of X, Y & Z,
(X = Left - Right Axis, Y = Up - Down Axis, Z = Forward - Backwards Axis)
These abstracts don't follow any kind of visual real world equivalency or mind can connect to. A Phlat "POLE Coordinate System (POLECS)" can be a more easily visualised and remembered because of its colour mapping and pairings in the Phenomenon.
POLE Cordinate System (POLECS) Example:
P = The Plum (Purple) Phlat that corresponds to the 2 x 1 dimensional bands that are in the Cartesian system X & Z, which in PT is a 2 dimensional plane that can be visualised as a flat/horizontal left-right & front-back plane, or to visualise as a ground to stand on in 3D
O = The Orange (Orange) Phlat that corresponds to the 2 x 1 dimensional bands that are in the Cartesian system Z & Y, which in PT is a 2 dimensional plane that can be visualised as a flat/Vertical front-back & top-bottom plane, or to visualise as if we are standing on the "P" ground, then the "O" plane allows us to walk, jump or fly forwards and backwards
L = The Lime (Green) Phlat that corresponds to the 2 x 1 dimensional bands that are in the Cartesian system X & Y, which in PT is a 2 dimensional plane that can be visualised as a flat/Vertical left-right & top-bottom plane, or to visualise as if we are standing on the "P" ground, then the "O" plane allows us to walk, jump or fly forwards and backwards, then the G Plane
E = The Emergence point that corresponds to the center point where all these coordinates emerge from, the centre of the Phenomenon or also known as the Phen. E can be used when purely refering to the position of Phen as oposed to needing to refer to the ΦN's other properties
This also enables even more easily visualisation as this naming structure can associate the axes of POLE's 3 dimensions exactly like poles!
Polarity - This also enables us to imagine polarity with its lexigraphical "POLE" notation and the fact that Phenom have polarity aranged on these POLES / axes / Projection Phibres eg. B− <–> ΦΝ <–> B+
It can also be refered to as the POLECS to avoid confusion with PCS - Polar Coordinate System
4 Phenom each
P dimension - Plum (Purple horizontal X & Z Phlat) B-, R+, B+, R-
PΦΝ⎕ = Plum Phlat = (B- <─> B+) + (R- <─> R+)
O dimension - Orange (Orange Vertical Z & Y Phlat) R-, Y+, R+, Y-
OΦΝ⎕ = Orange Phlat = (Y- <─> Y+) + (R- <─> R+)
L dimension - Lime (Green Sideways X & Y Phlat ) Y-, B-, Y+, B+
LΦΝ⎕ = Lime Phlat = (Y– <─> Y+) + (B– <─> B+)
Plus
E = Emergence - The Phen, Center, Origin, Projection point
The POLE collectively forms the coordinate system of the Phield
