You are in a large black void, in the center is an old fasioned film movie projector. The only other object in this room is a screen. There is no dust, haze, atmosphere or annoying people with phones not set to silent.

You turn the projector on, but you cant see anything, no light, no movie. but you know it's on. Then you realise the 14 year old kid on his first day at the job forgot to roll the screen down. He realises & fixes it. Thats better, now you can see it.

The take away is that it doesnt matter what is projected, nothing can be seen if there isnt a screen for light to hit

Philter ( ΦΝ⌗ )

The 8 external dimensions (Phrames) of the Phenomenon that are knowable but not visible to us & provide the framework & stability for the 3 dimensions of the observable universe for a total of 11 dimensions. 

The Philter is created from a tensegrity of 12 non-scalar 1 dimensional Tension Phibres (Bosons) each of 1 Phurlon between vertices / Phenoms & are the forces that hold the Phenomenon together (Not including the internal scalar Phibres). It forms a screen of 8 dimensions / Phrames around the Phen (Projector). 

This framework of Phibres can also be referred to as a Screen. For the 3 internal dimensions projected from the Phen to be seen, they need to collide with a screen that is unseen until the light hits it. Otherwise the projections would continue on for eternity leaving nothing to be observed 

The Philter forms the boundaries / screen / mesh of our 3 dimensional existence (The Phield) that enables us to observe Phenomena. So the 8 dimensions that surround us can be said to be knowable but not visable, they are just our our projections viewing screen. Not visable until light (Photons) collide with it

In order for the projectors image to be seen without distortion the screen needs to have equidistant radial vectors from the central projector's light rays hitting it evenly (to each vertex). This distance being the Phurlon. Only screens no matter how many dimensions they have are able to create a visible uniform reality if they obey the equidistant center to vertex radial vectors rule. 

The first of these Philters / "Screen" structures is the Phenomenon & the second revealed by the PTM is a higher 7 dimensional Philters / "Screen" called the cuboctahedron with 7 center radial axes or 14 equidistant radial vectors from centre to vertices. Both structures present in the Phenomena's Matrix side by side overlapping with the vertexes of the Phenonmenon's octahedron forming the centre Phen of the higher dimensional Cuboctahedron. 

Speculation: This results in both a 3 dimensional space/consciousness & 7 dimensional space/consciousness existing in the same structure of the Phenomena matrix
